After securing his education at the University of Maryland, Dale’s career began in sales and marketing at GE Capital IT Solutions and Vanstar Corporation, where he developed a deep understanding of technology’s role in business strategy. These early experiences laid the foundation for his success as an entrepreneur and leader in the cybersecurity industry. Dale has always been driven by a commitment to building capable and passionate teams, innovation and delivering measurable impact.

Beyond his role at ACTIVECYBER, Dale is actively involved in community initiatives, supporting organizations such as Gonzaga College High School, Villanova University Athletics, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He resides in Maryland with his wife and three sons, enjoying time on their farm, around the Chesapeake Bay and can be found appreciating a good lacrosse game.
